THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Construction Access Agreement with the Upper Canada District School Board regarding the construction of certain drainage works on lands adjacent to and required for the Mississippi Shores Subdivision; and THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Assignment and Indemnification Agreement with 1384341 Ontario Ltd. regarding the construction of these drainage works on certain lands owned by the Upper Canada District School Board which are required for drainage purposes by the Mississippi Shores Subdivision.
