THAT Council receive the Consent Report dated April 4, 2023: Award of RFP 2023-WWW, Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (Communication 134022) THAT Council award the contract for RFP#2023-WWW for the Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansions Detailed Design and Tender to Stantec in the amount of $3,296,646.35 inclusive of HST as outlined in the report prepared by the Director of Public Works dated March 21, 2023. 2022 Council Remuneration Report (Communication 134024) THAT Council accept the 2022 Council Remuneration Report as information. Elected Officials’ Remuneration and Discretionary Funds Policy (Communication 134025) THAT Council adopt the Elected Officials’ Remuneration Policy. 2022 Statement of Reserve Funds (Communication 134026) THAT Council accepts the 2022 Development Charges Report as information. Community Enrichment Grants – Intake 1 (Communication 134027) THAT Council approve the allocation of Community Enrichment Grants to various organizations under Intake 1 in the amount of $22,451.00. Amend Town Hall Hours Proposal (Communication 134028) THAT Council approves amending the Town Hall Operating Hours as outlined in the CAO’s report dated March 21, 2023. Appointment to the Environmental Advisory Committee THAT Council appoints Derek Trevorrow to the Environmental Advisory Committee.

THAT Council appoint the following persons to the Business Improvement Area (BIA) Board for the 2022 - 2026 term of Council: Mark Lovell Robert Probert Stephanie Melbourne Kaitey Cosgrove Chanel Murray Sarah Cavanagh (Town Council Representative)

THAT By-law No. 47-2023 (To Establish Remuneration for Members of Council) be read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

THAT By-law No. 48-2023 (Road Dedication - Bates Drive) be read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

THAT By-law 49-2023 (Confirmation of Council Proceedings for April 4, 2023) be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed.

THAT the meeting be adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
