THAT Council directs staff to conduct a pilot project for summer ice in 2023 for the months of July and August at the Neelin Street community Centre following the repaving of the facility’s parking lot; and THAT prior to giving consideration to having summer ice for the months of May, June, July and August in future years, staff is to provide a detailed report by no later than the second meeting in October 2023 on the cost / revenue analysis resulting from the pilot project.
