Inverness Cost Sharing Agreement - Carleton Street Servicing (Communication 137021) THAT Council authorize staff to enter into a cost-sharing agreement with Inverness Homes Inc.; and THAT Council pass a Connection Fee By-Law pursuant to Part XII, Section 391 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to recover the applicable share of the joint costs from each benefiting property owner and that the by-law be registered on title of the benefitting properties and posted on the Town’s website for public access as outlined in the report by the Development Review Officer dated March 24, 2026; and THAT all other applicable fees, charges, and development charge by-laws currently in effect within the Town continue to apply to the benefiting lands in addition to the requirements set out in the Connection Fee By-Law.
