THAT Council approve awarding the contract for Tender PW-2025-WTP-WWTP, for the Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansions to ASCO in the amount of $123,505,090 plus HST; and THAT Council pass a by-law to enter into a contract with Stantec for the construction administration and inspection of the projects in the amount of $9,522,000 plus HST.
